ropes. A humorous slogan warns against too loose or too little clothing and a
rope that is too short or too long.

Massachusetts and Wisconsin avenues NW, noon to 2 p.m. Sundays and 7
p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesdays; Old Post Office, Pennsylvania Avenue and 12th
Street NW, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursdays.
