Special Program

Tapping into Inner Healing: Mind-Body Wellness
led by Lynne Shaner

Spring is just beginning and even as we turn inward along with the Lenten calendar we can turn inward in our wellness. Bring mind and body together in moving toward wellness in your life by attending this transformational healing workshop. The techniques you learn will allow you to gently release blocks, pain, and stresses in your life while learning the technique yourself, which you’ll take home with you to deepen your healing, your spiritual journey, your joy. Mind/Body Specialist and contemplative Lynne Shaner will lead you on this hour-long introductory workshop in which you’ll learn about EFT and other remarkably effective mind/body energy techniques, see demonstrations, and work on your own concerns as you tap into the divine healer within to begin your healing journey.
