The Reverend Robert J. (Rob) Boulter serves in the Worship Department of the Cathedral where he helps to plan and carry out nearly 2000 services each year. The Worship Department is responsible for crafting a diverse array of worship services that help members of the Cathedral community, as well as thousands of visitors each year, to grow in faith and service to God.

The Rev. Boulter earned a Master of Divinity degree from Yale Divinity School, as well as a Diploma in Anglican Studies from the Berkeley Divinity School at Yale. While at Yale, he studied innovative forms of liturgy with a special emphasis on intergenerational worship. He was ordained a priest in the Diocese of Connecticut in December 2006. Prior to ordained ministry he worked in business and the performing arts.
