The Greenhouse at Washington National Cathedral offers a cost-efficient alternative to a florist’s arrangement with our plant rental program. Arrangements made with living plants and decorative pots or ornamental baskets make great centerpieces at any event. On or off the Cathedral Close we provide arrangements for banquets, luncheons, graduations, holiday parties, and other occasions on a daily basis. Whether the function is official or personal the Greenhouse will provide customized arrangements suited to any need. Click here to see rental photographs.

Renting is easy!
Given at least 48 hours, the Greenhouse can put together cheerful baskets or herb scented containers to spruce up any dinner table. For larger orders, a week is necessary for a consistent look and to ensure proper quantities of plants. Utilizing a variety of containers and plants all found at the Greenhouse, the rental is but a fraction of the price you’ll pay at a florist. The rental price is only 40% of cost of all materials for a 24-hour period.

Rental Policy:
Customer is responsible for care of rental plants and containers during rental period. Damaged or missing plants will be charged at full price.

Note to customer: Seasonal variety of plants offered. Not all combinations are available throughout the year. Unfortunately, the Greenhouse does not provide any delivery or pick-up services at the present time.
