Volunteering Come be part of the Sacred Circles conference team as a conference volunteer. We count on your help behind the scenes to make the conference a success! Volunteers who are willing to work a minimum of half of the conference are entitled to attend the remainder of the conference free of charge. This year, volunteers will also receive a complimentary Sacred Circles tote bag as a thank-you for your service. All volunteers are required to attend a volunteer briefing at 3 pm on Sunday, February 4 or Thursday, February 8 at 6 pm. Seasoned volunteers will have the option of just attending the first part of the briefing to get the particulars of this Sacred Circles event. Volunteer assignments include office help; working at the registration table; greeting conference attendees; distributing programs and information; distributing lunches; monitoring workshops; assisting those walking the labyrinth; and sign posting/giving directions.
