Rome & Canterbury: The Elusive Search For Unity
Mary Reath’s new book Rome & Canterbury tells the story of the determined but little known work being done to end the nearly five hundred year old divisions between the Roman Catholic and the Anglican/Episcopal Churches. The break was never intended and at this time unity is being vigorously sought at the highest levels. Join us for the authors’ reflections on this search for unity, its relevant history and theology and where the discussion lies today. The offering is free and open to the public.
