Song as Spiritual Practice
In a free evening of communion through music, we will sing hymns and experience the possibility for renewal and reinvigoration of worship through song. All levels of musical ability are invited. Bell will also lead a residential program, “Celebrating the Lesser Known Jesus.” Information: (202) 537-6381. This event is free and open to the public. No registration is necessary. John Bell is an ordained minister and a member of the Iona Community, a Scotland-based ecumenical group devoted to seeking new ways of living the Gospel in today’s world.
