Marc A. Yesberger was appointed director of cathedral services in June 2000. He supervises the head of retail operations, the calendar and events manager, reception and archives staff, and the Cathedral database administrator. He joined the Cathedral staff following three years as director of operations at Global Infotek, Inc., a Vienna, Virginia-based high-technology strategy firm. In that position, he was responsible for the maintenance and upkeep on all computers, telephones, and other equipment, spatial planning and office moves, personnel screening, and security and budget. Prior to that, he served as manager of administration for MBC Corporation, a mental health plan administrator, where he was responsible for maintenance of all technical equipment, budget oversight, office moves, and staff recruitment in the Washington area regional office. Mr. Yesberger is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and he has completed graduate course work at Marymount University. |
