From Reagan Washington National Airport:
By METRO (Washington’s rapid transit system): Get a bus transfer from the machine before boarding the subway. From the airport take the Yellow Line to Gallery Place and switch to the Red Line (toward Shady Grove). Exit at Tenleytown (go up escalator to West side of Wisconsin Avenue). Use the bus transfer and 35 cents to pick up any 30’s number Metrobus proceeding South on Wisconsin Avenue. Get off at Woodley Road, cross Wisconsin Avenue; proceed down Woodley Road 1 1/2 blocks to the College entrance (at South Road). Total travel time is approximately one hour.

Travel by cab will take approximately 30 minutes, longer if during rush hour. Cost is approximately $25.00.*

From Dulles International Airport:
Take the Super Shuttle (located on the lower level outside at the curb) and tell them the Cathedral College of Preachers, which is located at the Washington National Cathedral (on Wisconsin Avenue). The cost is $25.00.*

From Baltimore/Washington International Airport:
Take the Super Shuttle (located on the lower level) and tell them the Cathedral College of Preachers, which is located at the Washington National Cathedral (on Wisconsin Ave.) The cost is $30.00.*

From Union Station Railway Station (Amtrak/MARC):

Driving from the North and East:
Get on the Capital Beltway (I-495 west towards Silver Spring). Take the River Road exit (#39) to Washington. Continue on River Road until it ends at Wisconsin Avenue; continue South about one mile and go just past the Cathedral. Turn left onto South Road (One Way). Continue on South Road almost to the end. The College is the last building on the left.

Driving from the South:
From Hwy 95, take Shirley Highway (I-395). As you approach Washington, follow signs to Memorial Bridge. Cross bridge and at the end of the bridge, take the first right onto Rock Creek Parkway. (Note: Rock Creek Parkway is one way south bound during morning rush hour (6:45–9:30 am) and one way north bound during evening rush hour: (3:45–6:30 pm). Stay on Rock Creek Parkway, past Kennedy Center, through traffic light, and get off at the Massachusetts Avenue exit. At light at Massachusetts Avenue, turn left. Go to the 5th traffic light and turn right onto Wisconsin Avenue. Turn right on South Road (One way). Continue on South Road almost to the end. The College is the last building on the left.

Driving from the West:
From I-270 (MD), take the Beltway south toward Virginia. Take the River Road exit (#39) to Washington. Continue on River Road until it ends at Wisconsin Avenue. Turn right on Wisconsin Avenue to South Road at the Cathedral (approx. 1 mile). Turn left on South Road (One way) Continue on South Road almost until the end. The College is the last building on the left.

From Hwy 66 (VA), follow signs to Rosslyn/Key Bridge Exit. From exit ramp, make a left turn onto North Lynn Street and cross the Key Bridge. At the end of the bridge, turn left onto M street. Proceed along the main road as it soon veers rightward up the hill and becomes Foxhall. Pass the German Embassy on the left. Turn right onto Cathedral Avenue. Turn left onto 39th Street. Go past Annunciation Catholic School to Massachusetts Avenue. Cross Massachusetts Avenue to turn right onto Woodley Road. Take Woodley Road to Wisconsin Avenue and turn right. After 1 block turn left onto South Road (One way). Follow South Road around the Cathedral. The College entrance is on the left at the intersection of South Road and Woodley.
